University Research, Innovation and Development Trust

(Exemption) Regulations, 2010

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 57(1) of the

Trusts and Trustees Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the University

Research, Innovation and Development Trust (Exemption)

Regulations, 2010.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st May,

2010.

The Trustees of the trust known as the University

Research, Innovation and Development Trust established by the

Prime Minister in exercise of his powers under article 131 of the

Education Act shall be exempt from the requirements of articles 43

and 43A of the Trusts and Trustees Act in accordance with article

57(1)(g) of the Trusts and Trustees Act.
