HOUSING (DECONTROL) ORDINANCE

(CAP. 158)

Index of Inflation for the Year 2009

BY VIRTUE and for the purposes of article 13 of the Housing

(Decontrol) Ordinance, the Director General of the National Statistics

Office has established the index of inflation for 2009 at 758.58 in

continuation of the Schedule to the Ordinance aforesaid. This

represents a percentage change of 2.09 per cent from 2008.
