University Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 2009
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 135 of the Edu-
cation Act, the Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport has
made the following regulations

The title of these regulations is the University Fees
(Amendment) Regulations, 2009 and they shall be read and con-
strued as one with the University Fees Regulations, 2009, hereinaf-
ter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 2 of the principal regulations. — University Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 2009

In regulation 3 of the principal regulations, immediately
after the definition “an individual study-unit” there shall be inserted
the following new definition
“ “Maltese student” includes any person who is a citizen
of a Member State of the European Union;”.
