Commencement notice of the Infrastructure for Spatial
Information Regulations, 2009
BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 60 of the Devel-
opment Planning Act, and in terms of the provisions of sub-regu-
lation (2) of regulation 1 of the Infrastructure for Spatial Informa-
tion Regulations, 2009, published by Legal Notice 339 of 2009, the
Prime Minister has established the 22nd December, 2009 as the
date when the said regulations came into force.
