Kunsill Malti gall-Isport

(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 21) Order, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports

Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-

The title of this Order is the Kunsill Malti gall-Isport

(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 21) Order, 2009.

The property described in article 4 of this Order is hereby

being designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use

and management of all rights and obligations appertaining to such

designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.

The designated property referred to in article 2 of this

Order shall be transferred and vest in the Kunsill Malti gall-Isport as

provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1st January

2009.

The property referred to in article 2 of this Order is the

following, that is to say

Five sites at Santa Lucija

Site B (Tenement No. E21026) having an

area of approximately 145 square metres and bounded on

the North and West by Government property and on the

East by property held on temporary emphyteusis by Santa

Lucija F.C.;

Site C (Tenement No. E21027) having an

area of approximately 49 square metres and bounded on

the North and East by Government property on the South

by property held on temporary emphyteusis by Santa

Lucija F.C.;

Site D (Tenement No. E21028) having an

area of approximately 205 square metres and bounded on

the North and East by Government property and on the

West by property held on temporary emphyteusis by Santa

Lucija F.C.;

Site E (Tenement No. E21029) having an

area of approximately 591 square metres and bounded

on the South, East and South-West by Government

property; and

Site F (Tenement No. E21030) having an

area of approximately 45 square metres which site is

at underground level.

Sites B to E are indicated edged in red and site F is

indicated edged in red and hatched in blue on P.D. 127_97_A.
