AUTHORITY FOR TRANSPORT

IN MALTA ACT, 2009

(ACT NO. XV OF 2009)

Notice of coming into force

IN virtue of article 1(2) of the Authority for Transport in

Malta Act, 2009, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and

Communications has established the 1st January, 2010, as the date

when the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
