Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Public Administration Act, 2009, the Prime Minister has established

the 27th of November, 2009, as the date on which all the provisions

of the said Act shall come into force other than articles 8 to 10

inclusive, paragraph (d) of subarticle (1) of article 18, article 19,

articles 21 to 26 inclusive, articles 28 to 45 inclusive, and article
