Declaration of Bank Holiday

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (3) of

article 3 of the Banking Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy

and Investment, after consultation with the Malta Financial

Services Authority and with the Central Bank of Malta, has

declared the 5th of April, 2010, as a bank holiday.
