INCOME TAX ACT
(CAP. 123)
Income Tax Exemption (Philanthropic Work) Notice, 2009
BY VIRTUE of the powers vested in him by article 12(1)
(e) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy
and Investment has named the following organisations as being
engaged in philanthropic work, and thus exempt from income tax

The Eden and Razzett Foundation
Mid-Dlam Għad-Dawl Foundation
National Parents’ Society of Persons with Disability
Ghaqda Socjali 8 ta’ Settembru
Malta Parkinson’s Disease Association
Rotary Club (Gozo)
