ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE ACT

(CAP. 490)

Administrative Justice Act (Second Schedule)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of

article 22 of the Administrative Justice Act, the Minister for Justice

and Home Affairs has made the following regulations:-

Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 2009 334 — Administrative Justice Act (Second Schedule)

(1)

The title of these regulations is the Administrative

Justice Act (Second Schedule) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations,

2009 and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Second Schedule of the Administrative Justice Act, hereinafter

referred to as "the Second Schedule".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 15th

November, 2009.

Immediately after the words

Co-operatives Societies

Competence

in the Second Schedule of the Administrative Justice Act, there

shall be added the following

"Cinema and Stage

Inferior.

Competence".
