(CAP. 12)

Superior Courts (Number of Judges) Order, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (2) of article 6

of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, the President of

Malta has prescribed the number of judges of the Superior Courts,

besides the Chief Justice, to be twenty.
