MALTA RESOURCES AUTHORITY ACT

(CAP. 423)

Commencement notice of regulation 3(1)(a)(iii) of the

Water Supply and Sewerage Services Regulations

BY virtue of the powers conferred by sub-article (1) of

article 28 of the Malta Resources Authority Act, and in terms of

sub-regulation (2) of regulation 1 of the Water Supply and Sewage

Services Regulations, published by Legal Notice 525 of 2004 on

the 24th December, 2004, the Minister for Resources and Rural

Affairs, has established the 1st September, 2009 as the date when

item (iii) of paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 3 of

the said regulations shall be deemed to have come into force.
