Duty on Documents and Transfers Appeals Rules of Court

(Amendment) Regulations, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 22(2) of the

Administrative Justice Act, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs

has made the following rules:-

(1)

The title of these rules is the Duty on Documents

and Transfers Appeals Rules of Court (Amendment) Regulations, 2009

and these rules shall be read and construed as one with the Duty on

Documents and Transfers Appeals Rules of Court, 1994, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal rules".

(2) These rules shall be deemed to have come into force on the

1st September, 2009.

The words "by the said Board" in rule 3 of the principal

rules shall be substituted by the words "by the said Tribunal or Board,

as the case may be".
