ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE ACT

Amendment of the Second Schedule of the

Administrative Justice Act Regulations, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 22(2) of the

Administrative Justice Act, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs

has made the following regulations:-

(1)

The title of these regulations is the Amendment of

the Second Schedule of the Administrative Justice Act Regulations,

2009 and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Second Schedule of the Administrative Justice Act, hereinafter

referred to as "the Second Schedule".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on the 1 st September, 2009.

Immediately after the words

"Airport (Groundhandling

Inferior Competence

Services) Regulations"

in the Second Schedule of the Administrative Justice Act, there

shall be added the following

"Duty on Documents

Inferior Competence

And Transfers

Exemption from Motor

Inferior Competence

Vehicles Registration

Tax Rules

Registration of Licensing

InferiorCompetence".
