Commencement notice of regulations 4 to 7 of the

Quality of Fuels Regulations, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (1) of

article 28 of the Malta Resources Authority Act, by sub-article

(1) of article 28 of the Malta Maritime Authority Act and by sub-

article (1) of article 374 of the Merchant Shipping Act, and in

terms of sub-regulation (3) of regulation 1 of the Quality of Fuels

Regulations, 2008, the Minister for Resources and Rural Affairs

and the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Communications

have established the 28th August, 2009 as the date when regulations

4, 5, 6 and 7 of the said regulations shall come into force.
