(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2006

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Code

of Organization and Civil Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2006, the

Minister responsible for Justice and Home Affairs has established the

4th August, 2009 as the date when the provisions of article 14 of the

said Act shall come into force.
