Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Laws (Civil Matters) (Amendment) Act, 2009, the Minister

for Justice and Home Affairs has established the 31st of July, 2009, as

the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
