(ACT XVI OF 2008)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Freedom of Information Act 2008, the Minister for Justice and Home

Affairs has established the 31st of July, 2009, as the date when the

provisions of articles 2, 4, 5, 17, 21(1), (2), (6) and (7), 22, 46 and

47(1) of the said Act shall come into force.
