Statute amending Statute 2 - Faculties (Amendment No. 3) of the University of Malta

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 74(5) and

75(6) of the Education Act (Cap. 327), the Chancellor of the University of

Malta has promulgated the following statute made by the Council of the

University of Malta by virtue of the powers conferred upon it by sections 72,

75, and 136(3) of the said Act

This statute may be cited as the Statute amending Statute 2 - Faculties

(Amendment No. 3) of the University of Malta and shall be read and construed as one

with the Statutes of the University of Malta included in Schedule II of the Education

Act (Cap. 327), hereinafter referred to as " the principal statute" .

Amendment of Statute 2

For the words "The Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering" in

Statute 2 ofthe principal statute, these shall be substituted the words "The Faculty for

the Built Environment."
