REFUGEES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2005

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Refugees (Amendment) Act, 2005, the Minister for Justice and Home

Affairs has established the 11th July, 2009 as the date when the

provisions of article 7 of the said Act shall come into force.
