(AMENDMENT NO. 2) ACT, 2008

(ACT XV OF 2008)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Laws (Civil Matters) (Amendment No. 2) Act 2008, the

Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established the 10th July

2009, as the date when the provisions of articles 35, 36 and 37 of the

said Act shall come into force.
