Distance Selling (Amendment) Regulations, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7 of the

Consumer Affairs Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment, after consulting the Consumer Affairs Council, has made

the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Distance Selling Title.

(Amendment) Regulations, 2009 and they shall be read and construed

as one with the Distance Selling Regulations, hereinafter referred to S.L. 378.08
