Kunsill Malti għall-Isport (Transfer of Designated Property)

(No. 17) Order, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports

Act, the President of Malta has made the following order: -

The title of this order is the Kunsill Malti ghall-Isport

(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 17) Order, 2009.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby

being designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use

and management of all rights and obligations performing to such

designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.

The designated property referred to in article 2 of this

order shall be transferred and vest in the Kunsill Malti ghall-Isport

as provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1 st January

2009.

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the

following, that is to say

Sports Complex at Triq Stiefnu Tonna, Gharghur registered

as Tenement No: 79344, having a total area of approximately

4,484 square metres, bounded on the South side by Triq Stiefnu

Tonna, on the West side by government property and on the

North side by property of unknown owners as indicated edged

in red on P.D. 2008_366.
