Kunsill Malti għall-Isport (Transfer of Designated Property)

(No. 8) Order, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports

Act, the President of Malta has made the following order: -

The title of this order is the Kunsill Malti għall-Isport Citation.

(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 8) Order, 2009.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby Designated property.

being designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use

and management of all rights and obligations performing to such

designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.

The designated property referred to in article 2 of this Appointed day.

order shall be transferred and vest in the Kunsill Malti għall-Isport

as provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1 st January

2009.

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the Description

following, that is to say

A plot of land (extension to football ground) at Tarxien

registered as Tenement No: E20656, having an area of

approximately 265 square metres, bounded on the North by

Triq il-Ħaġar, West by Government property and on the East

by a public road as indicated edged in red and marked as site
