University Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 126 (2) of the

Education Act, the Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport,

with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment has made the following regulations

(1) The title of these regulations is the University

Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 2009, and they shall be read and

construed as one with the University Fees Regulations, 1999,

hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st

October, 2009.

Immediately after item 21 in regulation 3 of the principal

regulations there shall be added the following new item

“22. Courses leading to a Bachelor

of Education (Hons.) in Early

Childhood Education and Care ............... €840.00.”
