Notice of coming into force of the Management of Bathing

Water Quality Regulations, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 26(d) of the

Public Health Act and according to the provisions of regulation

1(2) of the Management of Bathing Water Quality Regulations,

2008, published by Legal Notice 125 of 2008, the Minister for

Social Policy has established the 1st March 2009, as the date when

the said regulations shall be deemed to have come into force.
