Commencement notice of the Extradition

(United States of America) Order, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7 of the

Extradition Act, and in terms of subarticle (2) of article 1 of the

Extradition (United States of America) Order, 2007 published by

Legal Notice 375 of 2007, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs

has established the 1st July, 2009 as the date when the Extradition

(United States of America) Order, 2007 shall enter into force.
