BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT, 2009
(ACT II OF 2009)
Notice of coming into force
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 32(2)(c)(ii) of
the Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2009, the Minister of
Finance, the Economy and Investment has established the 7th April,
2009 as the date when the provisions of paragraphs (f) and (l) of
article 35 of the said Act shall come into force.
