(ACT NO. XXVI OF 2002)

Notice of coming into force of articles 35 to 42

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article

1 of the Sports Act, 2002, the Minister of Education, Culture, Youth

and Sport has established the 3rd April 2009, as the date when

articles 35 to 42 of the said Act shall come into force.
