Commencement notice of the Quality of Fuels Regulations, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (1) of article 28

of the Malta Resources Authority Act and by sub-article (1) of article

28 of the Malta Maritime Authority Act and by sub-article (1) of article

374 of the Merchant Shipping Act, and in terms of sub-regulation (3) of

regulation 1 of the Quality of Fuels Regulations of 2008, the Minister

for Resources and Infrastructure and the Minister for Competitiveness

and Communications, have established the 1 st February, 2008 as the

date when all the provisions of the said regulations, published by Legal

Notice 44 of 2008 on the 1 st February, 2008, other than regulations 4, 5,

6 and 7 thereof, shall have come into force.
