Freeports (Substitution of Schedule) Order, 2008

IN virtue of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Malta Freeports

Act, the Prime Minister has made the following Order>–

This Order may be cited as the Freeports (Substitution of Citation.

Schedule) Order, 2008.

For the Schedule to the Malta Freeports Act, there shall be Substitutes

substituted the Schedule as reproduced in the Schedule to this Order. Freeports Act.
