ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE ACT

(CAP. 490)

Administrative Review Tribunal

(Establishment of General Jurisdiction Section) Order, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 9(1) of the

Administrative Justice Act, the President of Malta, acting on the

advice of the Prime Minister, has made the following Order:-

Reg. 1 Title and commencement. — Administrative Review Tribunal Open official source

The title is this Order is the Administrative Review

Tribunal (Establishment of General Jurisdiction Section) Order, 2008

and this Order shall come into force on the 1st January, 2009.

Reg. 2 Section of the Administrative Review Tribunal. — Administrative Review Tribunal Open official source

(1) There is hereby established a Section of the

Administrative Review Tribunal to be known as the General

Jurisdiction Section.

(2) All category of cases to be assigned to the Administrative

Review Tribunal shall for the time being be assigned to the General

Jurisdiction Section of the said Tribunal.
