Assistants (Remuneration) Order, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 10(11) of the

Administrative Justice Act, the President of Malta, acting on the

advice of the Prime Minister, has made the following Order:-

The title of this Order is the Assistants (Remuneration)

Order, 2008, and this Order shall come into force on the 1st January,

2009.

An Assistant to the Administrative Review Tribunal shall

be paid a remuneration of twenty-five euro per sitting.
