ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE ACT

(CAP. 490)

Commencement Notice

BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 1 of the

Administrative Justice Act, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs

has established the 1 st of January, 2009 as the date when articles 5 to 25

and the Second and Third Schedules of the same Act shall come into

force.
