(ACT XIV OF 2008)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Malta

Standards Authority (Amendment) Act, 2008, the Minister of

Finance, the Economy and Investments has established the 3rd

January, 2009, as the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall

come into force.
