(CAP. 12)

Court Practice and Procedure and Good Order

(Amendment) Rules, 2008

The President of Malta has approved the following Rules of

Court made by the Rule-Making Board constituted in terms of article

29 of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure.

The title of these rules is the Court Practice and Procedure

Reg. 1 Citation. — 332 tal-2008 - Regoli tal-2008 li jemendaw ir-Regoli dwar il-Prattika u l-Proċedura tal-Qrati u l-Bon-Ordni Open official source

and Good Order (Amendment) Rules, 2008, and they shall be read

and construed as one wi th the Court Practice and Procedure and Good

Order Rules, hereinafter in these rules referred to as "the principal

Rules".

Reg. 2 Amends rule 25 of the principal Rules. — 332 tal-2008 - Regoli tal-2008 li jemendaw ir-Regoli dwar il-Prattika u l-Proċedura tal-Qrati u l-Bon-Ordni Open official source

In sub-rule (I) of rule 25 of the principal Rules,

immediately after the words "or a white blouse and a black skirt"

there shall be inserted the words "or trousers".
