(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2007

(ACT VII OF 2007)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Code

of Organization and Civil Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2007, the

Minister responsible for Justice has established the 1st December,

2008, as the date when the provisions of articles 29(2), (3)(a) and (4),

30, 31 and 35 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
