Pensions Ordinance

(Employment with the Malta Environment and Planning

Authority) Order, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 8A of the Pensions

Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as “the Ordinance”, the President has

made the following order>–

This order may be cited as the Pensions Ordinance

(Employment with the Malta Environment and Planning Authority)

Order, 2008.

Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 2008 310 — Authority) Order, 2008

With effect from 30th October, 1992, the Malta Environment

and Planning Authority is being designated as an entity with which an

officer who terminates Government service may take up full time

employment in terms of article 8A of the Ordinance and for the purposes

thereof.
