(Revocation) Regulations, 2008
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 38 to 40 of the
Product Safety Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and
Investment has, on the advice of the Malta Standards Authority, made
the following regulations>–
The title of these regulations is the Electro-Medical Equipment Citation, scope and
commencement.

The Electro-Medical Equipment used in Veterinary Medicine Revokes L.N. 90 of
Regulations, 2002, are hereby being revoked with effect from 31 st 2002.
