Fees (Radiocommunications) (Amendment) (No. 2)

Regulations, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and

Communications with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, the

Economy and Investment has made the following regulations>–

(1) The title of these regulations is the Fees

Citation and coming

(Radiocommunications) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2008 and

shall be read and construed as one with the Fees (Radiocommunications)

Regulations, 1995, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

(2) These regulations shall come into force as on the 6 th

October, 2008.

After item 45 of Section II of the Schedule to the principal

regulations, there shall be added the following new item>

“46. Apparatus used for the provision of

mobile communication services on aircraft

(MCA services) ………………………… …… No charge”.
