Kunsill Malti g[all-Isport (Transfer of Designated Property)

(No. 14) Order, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports

Act, the President of Malta has made the following order> -

The title of this order is the Kunsill Malti g[all-Isport (Transfer Citation.

of Designated Property) (No. 14) Order, 2008.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby being Designated

designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use and property.

of St Paul’s Bay, consisting of a Club House without number having a

total area of approximately 903 square metres, bounded on the South-

West by Dawret il-G]ejjer and all other sides by government property,

as edged in red on P.D. 29_2004.

(2) A plot of land (Boççi Pitch) accessible from Dawret il-

G]ejjer, Bu;ibba limits of St Paul’s Bay having an area of approximately

196 square metres, bounded on all sides by government property, as

indicated edged in blue on P.D. 29_2004.

(3) A plot of land (Volleyball Court) accessible from Dawret

il-G]ejjer, Bu;ibba limits of St Paul’s Bay having an area of

approximately 363 square metres, bounded on the South by Dawret il-

G]ejjer and all other sides by government property, as indicated edged

in green on P.D. 29_2004.
