Commencement Notice of Part II

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article 51

of the Central Bank of Malta (Amendment) Act, 2007, the Minister of

Finance, the Economy and Investment has established the 15 th October,

2008 as the date when Part II of the said Act shall come into force.
