ACCOUNTANCY PROFESSION

ACT AND OTHER LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008

(ACT NO. IX OF 2008)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (2) of article 1

of the Accountancy Profession Act and other Laws (Amendment) Act,

2008, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment has

established the 1st October 2008, as the date when all the provisions of

this Act, with the exception of paragraph (d) of article 25 of the same

Act, shall come into force.
