FEES ORDINANCE

(CAP. 35)

Fees (Passport and Visas) (Amendment) Regulations,

(Amendment) Regulations, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and

Communications, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, the

Economy and Investment, has made the following regulations>–

The title of these regulations is the Fees (Passport and Visas)

(Amendment) Regulations (Amendment) Regulations, 2008 and they

shall be read and construed as one with the Fees (Passport and Visas)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2008, hereinafter referred to as “the principal

regulations”.

For sub-regulation (2) of regulation 1 of the principal

regulations there shall be substituted the following>–

“(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 4 th

October 2008.”.
