IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 33 (1) (m) and 72

of the Local Councils Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

order>-

The title of this order is the Delegation of Administration of Title.

The property described in articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Delegation of

this Order is hereby being specified for the purposes of the delegation functions.

The property in the locality of Santa Luçija, referred to in Description of land

in Santa Luçija.

for the Administration and Use of these sites, by Santa Luçija Local

Council, signed by the Assistant Director Land on behalf of the

Government of Malta and the Mayor and the Executive Secretary of

the Santa Luçija Local Council on the 31 st January, 2008.

The property in the locality of Fontana, Gozo, referred to in Description of land

in Fontana, Gozo.

of this order consists of site at Misra[ tal-Menqa, Msida, as shown

bordered in red on Plan P.D. 2006_835 attached to Lease Agreement

for the Administration and Use of site at Misra[ tal-Menqa, Msida, by

Msida Local Council signed by the Assistant Director Land on behalf

of the Government of Malta and the Mayor and the Executive Secretary

of the Munxar Local Council on the 31 st January, 2008.

The property in the locality of {amrun, referred to in article 2

of this order consists of site in Duke of Edinburgh Street, {amrun, as

shown bordered in red on Plan P.D. 2007_729 attached to Lease

Agreement for the Administration and Use of the site in Duke of

Edinburgh Street, {amrun, by {amrun Local Council signed by the

Assistant Director Land on behalf of the Government of Malta and the

Mayor and the Executive Secretary of {amrun Local Council on the

13 th February, 2008.

as shown bordered in red on the Government Property Division’s Plan

P.D. 130_2004 attached to the Lease Agreement for the Administration

and Use of premises 14#18 in Triq San Girgor, }ejtun by the }ejtun

Local Council signed by the Director Land on behalf of the Government

of Malta and by the Mayor and the Executive Secretary of the }ejtun

Local Council on the 25 th June, 2008.

The property in the locality of Santa Venera referred to in

article 2 of this order consisting of a Public Convenience at Triq San

:u]epp corner with Triq it-Turretta, Santa Venera, as shown bordered

in red and marked “B” on the Government Property Division’s Plan

P.D. 2007_117 attached to the Lease Agreement for the Administration

and Use of the Public Convenience at Triq San :u]epp corner with

Triq it-Turretta, Santa Venera, signed by Director Land on behalf of

the Government of Malta and by the Mayor and the Executive Secretary

of Santa Venera Local Council on the 25 th June, 2008.
