PENSIONS ORDINANCE

Pensions Ordinance (Employment with the Malta College

of Arts, Science and Technology) Order, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 8A of the Pensions

Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as “the Ordinance”, the President

has made the following order

This order may be cited as the Pensions Ordinance

(Employment with the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology)

Order, 2008.

With effect from 4th Agusut, 2006, the Malta College of

terms of article 8A

Arts, Science and Technology is being designated as an entity with

which an officer who terminates Government service may take up

full time employment in terms of article 8A of the Ordinance and

for the purposes thereof.
