Fruit and Vegetables Marketing Standards (Repeal) Regulations,

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 38 and 39 of the

Product Safety Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment has, on the advice of the Malta Standards Authority, made

the following regulations>–

The title of these regulations is the Fruit and Vegetables Citation.

Marketing Standards (Repeal) Regulations, 2008.

The Fruit and Vegetables Marketing Standards Regulations, Repeals L.N. 241 of

2003. 2003 are hereby repealed.
