TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDINANCE

(CAP. 65)

Notice of coming into force of the Malta Transport

Authority (Enforcement Officers) Regulations, 2008

IN virtue of article 54 of the Traffic Regulation Ordinance and in

terms of sub-regulation 1(2) of the Malta Transport Authority

(Enforcement Officers) Regulations, 2008, published by Legal Notice

40 of 2008, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and

Communications has established the 1 st of September, 2008 as the date

when the provisions of the Malta Transport Authority (Enforcement

Officers) Regulations, 2008 shall come into force.
