COMMUNICATIONS LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2007

(ACT NO. XXX OF 2007)

Commencement Notice

BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 1(2) and by articles

2(2), 11(2), 21(2), 37(2) and 50(2) of the Communication Laws

(Amendment) Act, 2007, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and

Communications has established the 19 th August, 2008 as the date when

all the provisions other than articles 19, 20 and 47 of the said Act shall

come into force.
