Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third-Party Risks)

(Central Repository) Regulations, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 9F of the Motor

Vehicles Insurance (Third-Party Risks) Ordinance, the Minister for

Infrastructure, Transport and Communications has made the

following regulations

The title of these regulations is the Motor Vehicles Insurance

(Third-Party Risks) (Central Repository) Regulations, 2008.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires

“the Ordinance” means the Motor Vehicles Insurance

(Third-Party Risks) Ordinance.

The Central Repository referred to in article 9F of the

Ordinance, shall be the Motor Insurance Information Centre set up

under the Motor Vehicle (Insurance Information Centre) Regulations,
